When can I get deliveries?

Weekly deliveries are available throughout Ohio with Powell's delivery fleet. Allen County and surrounding counties are eligible for free next day delivery.

What is the minimum for deliveries?

There is free delivery on standard routes in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania with a $250 minimum order. There is a $15 delivery fee if the order is less than $250. Generally, orders are delivered next day to within one week from date of order.

What are the business hours for customer pick up?

Customers can pick up product at our facility in Lima, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Call ahead at 1-800-472-0039 to check the availability of the product and to prepare the order.

Powell office hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

How can I get Safety Data Sheets?

Safety Data Sheets are available on our website at www.powellcompanyltd.com in our product catalog. You can also contact your Powell sales specialist or customer service.

How do I find out about flyers, items on sale, and new items?

Powell has a monthly sales flyer and seasonal flyers and promotions. Sales flyers and promotions are posted on our website under the 'Products' section in the website menu bar. You can also sign up for Powell e-News to receive sales and promotions through email.

How can I get an online order guide?
